The 30 m² apartment “Forest Elegance” in Freudenstadt accommodates up to 3 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a comfortable designer bed and an XXL sofa bed for one person. You have a fully equipped private kitchen with designer appliances, filter coffee machine, Wi-Fi, private TV with video-on-demand, shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, as well as an elevator with 2 luggage carts. Additional amenities include step-free access, private heating with temperature control, electric fireplace, ski and bike storage, and a shared table tennis area in the basement.
Enjoy mountain and forest views from your private balcony; the bench can be converted into a lounger. The apartment is on the 6th floor and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.
A shared parking space at the house and a communal e-charging station are available. One pet is allowed. Parties or events are not permitted. Shared storage rooms for skis and bicycles are provided.
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Please dispose of waste properly: glass, bottles, and cans belong in the collection containers on the second basement floor. There is a trash chute on every floor. Cleaning service is available for an extra charge.
