Conveniently located just minutes from I-81, which allows for a straightforward 25 to 30-minute drive to the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg. While there is no direct bus from the front door to the university, guests can find local bus service through Pulaski Area Transit at the Dublin Walmart, which is only a 5-minute drive away.
- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
- Do not run heating or air conditioning with doors open.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.
- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation.
- No smoking or vaping.
- No pets allowed.
