Unit nicely decorated and clean…Communication with host was great and accommodating . Enjoyed the convenience to Rehoboth beach. Being pet friendly was icing on the cake!

This condo is even more spacious than the photos! Ideal for me and my husband and adult daughter. Unfortunately the room with bunk beds wasn’t big enough for adult son and girlfriend (sized for children only in my opinion). Location is a very convenient 10 minutes drive to boardwalk Rehobeth area. Lots of restaurants and stores all around. We used the gym room just a few doors down. Everything is new, just a problem with AC that will surely be fixed soon. Host answered all my questions within minutes every time. Tanger Outlets is in walking distance. Main Road Route 1 is busy but Robin told us a back road way that worked like a charm to get to the boardwalk. We utilized the Dewey Beach parking pass provided which was a nice bonus.

The property was clean and well equipped with everything you need. We loved the grill area by the pool for grilling out. Very nice accommodations and excellent customer service.

Lovely stay at the beach. Highly recommend. The property has great amenities and the condo itself is really nice — everything needed for everyone. I really liked the gym as it had more than your typical “hotel” gym. We brought our dog who liked the dog run on the side of the building for quick trips outside. 10/10
