Overall, this property has a great location with an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was a highlight of our stay. However, the home itself fell short of expectations for the price point. The house lacked comfortable seating, and the furnishings felt worn and outdated. There was visible mold on the back exterior of the house, which the owner seemed surprised by when notified, as it clearly had been there for a while. The bedroom closest to that area also had an odor, so we chose not to use it because we were concerned about exposing our family to possible mold.The outdoor furniture is in serious need of replacement, as much of it was not clean or suitable for relaxing. The kitchen was also minimally equipped for cooking; basic items like oven mitts and a cheese grater were missing.If your plan is to spend most of your time away from the property enjoying the beach and surrounding area, the location works well. Otherwise, the home could benefit from significant updating and better furnishing to justify the current rental rate.
