Summary:
Windchaser Villas are the epitome of Caribbean living, blending understated luxury with fantastic facilities and a beautiful location.
The development is comprised of 10 properties of which 3 are part of our vacation rental program and all other properties are private residences.
Bora Villa is a modern 2-bedroom property in the development with a private pool, tropical gardens, and direct access via a private pathway to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Long Bay Beach.
The Space:
In addition, the guest has access to the shared tennis court in the development.

All villas have air-conditioning throughout, including the four beautiful bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 – King bed, air-conditioning, pool/garden view
Bedroom 2 – King bed or two twin beds, air-conditioning, pool/garden view
There is a pull-out couch that provides an additional sleeping option for children under 12.

• We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider
• Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest
• A non-refundable damage waiver amounting to $175 is required. This protects you if there is accidental damage of up to $2,500 to the property during the stay
UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $30.00/day (thirty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Beach and Shoreline Conditions
As with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year. Seasonal sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, with conditions influenced by weather patterns and ocean currents.
