A fabulously presented 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment located in a sought after urbanisation in Vera Playa close to the Salinas de Vera where you can see flamingos and other birds that pass by the area.
The fully equipped kitchen has kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer and a dishwasher plus a full-size fridge freezer for keeping all your drinks cool and ice creams frozen! The utility area houses the washing machine and beach chairs for you to enjoy on your days out at the beach.
The spacious and comfortable lounge dining area has a smart TV and fibre WIFI internet available together with a ceiling fan. Doors lead onto a large private terrace which is part covered and part open to enjoy the sunny or shaded areas as you prefer. There are lounger chairs and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The main bedroom has a 150cm king size bed, air conditioning and built in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace too. There is an ensuite shower room.
There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and a second bedroom with two single beds, built in wardrobes and air conditioning.
An additional free-standing fan and a small electric radiator are also available in this apartment.
This apartment has an allocated covered parking space.
The urbanisation benefits from a children’s park area and both an indoor pool (1 October to 31 May) and outdoor pool (1June to 30 September) for your year-round swimming enjoyment.
