Cocoonr agency offers this 43 m² flat in Oletta, with a shared swimming pool, for rent and sleeps up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation is as follows:
- A 14 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) adjoining the terrace
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool, heated and open from April to October (secured by a barrier).
- An 11 m² south-facing terrace with dining area and garden furniture for enjoying the sunny days!
The flat is ideally located in Oletta, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities :
- Theme walks and meetings with local craftspeople
- Discover the local heritage: museum of sacred art and port of Saint-Florent
- Nature and sea activities: Lake Paluma, scuba diving, boat hire and excursions to nearby beaches
You are ideally located: 40 minutes from the black sand beach, 40 minutes from Bastia and 1 hour from L'Île-Rousse by car.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private (unnumbered) car park.
