About this apartment rental
Extremely rare gem! Beachfront living at its best. Excellent location in San Jose’s hotel zone, close to downtown for shopping and dining. This 5,500 sq/ft 3br, 3ba villa is unique. Huge extended deck that wraps around panoramic, waves crashing, ocean views. Pocket doors bring the outdoors in, custom designed kitchen. Professionally decorated throughout & fully equipped. 4 beds, Building come with resort style amenities: multiple pools, hot tub, BBQ areas, Fire pit!
Private gated entrance offers peace and quiet. Custom marble art greets you as you walk in. To your left will be a big open living room, dining room that opens up to the wrap around patio. Words cannot describe the panoramic ocean and beach views you get from the slice of heaven. Large open Kitchen comes fully stocked with high end appliances. A long hallway brings you to 3 BR. the 3rd BR has a king mattress and direct access to the 3rd bathroom. the second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The spacious master has a walk in closet, custom dual shower, amazing ocean views. There´s a queen mattress Both master and 2nd BR connect to the patio. Countless day- beds, hammocks and seating areas make the patio a zen state of relaxation. You´ll also find a fire pit in the corner of the patio to keep you warm at night. total space is 5,500 sq/ ft
Located in the tourist corridor, near to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and bars
-Guests don’t have access to the master bedroom closet completely, just on one area to put clothes and we provide an extra hanger rack.
- we have hot tub maintenance people 2 times per week that will need to access on the main door .
- ice maker in the kitchen is out of service, but there’s one ice maker in the pool area that works with plenty of ice.
Dear Guest as Tortuga Bay is a gated community and they want to ensure your safety,
We will require you the copy ID of each of the guests and you will need fill and sign a contract along with a credit card authorization form in case of damages.
Please check on the house rules as well:

Early check in and Late check out, 25 usd fee per extra hour requested
Subject to availability *
No parties in the house
No smoking inside the house
No pets
No external guests
If you smoke outside, please don`t burn the sun tanning chairs
Every stained (if don`t cleans after washing) or lost towel/ Bedsheets will be charged with additional costs.
Please turn OFF the A/C if you are not in the rooms or the house.
No loud noise after 9:30 pm, you might get warnings and a noise fine.
If you leave the house too messy we might charge an extra rate for the cleaning.

This property was the perfect location for our yearly family trip. The view from almost every room and especially the veranda is incredible, the house is comfortable and beautifully decorated and the condo complex is like a peaceful oasis of well tended landscaping, pools and outdoor seating. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend this property.

We rented this condo for 7 nights, of which the first 4 nights were with just 2 couples. For the last 3 nights, a 3rd couple joined us and we never felt cramped. The sliding doors to the balcony are amazing as it opens the condo to the WONDERFUL beach view. The sound of crashing waves is so nice to go to sleep to. We had the pool basically to ourselves and the 4 in pool cabanas made for some great lazy afternoons. A quick walk to grocery store and we had everything we needed. If you want to head to downtown San Jose del Cabo, it was about $3 using Uber. We will most certainly come back!! Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with us.

This property is excellent, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and large living space. The pool area right on the beach is fantastic. We stayed for 12 days and had the pool to ourselves every day. The views and outdoor space at the condo is amazing. Also and easy walk to the grocery store and starbucks! And communication with David was quick and easy. We have a great vacation.
