Imagine waking up in an oasis surrounded by nature. Our home, inspired by the Paracas culture, offers everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. With a spacious heated pool and a whirlpool, relaxation is guaranteed. Start your day at the bay, watch the sunset from our terrace with a barbecue, and enjoy the evening in the movie room with a fireplace. We invite you to discover the magic of Paracas and create unforgettable memories with us!
The Space
Property Description
• Opened in 2024: The house was recently opened, ensuring a modern and fresh atmosphere.
• Designed by renowned designer Francesca Reategui: With a style that pays homage to Paracas culture, the house offers warm and welcoming spaces, perfect for creating memories with family or friends.
• With Starlink satellite internet and ample parking
1. Bedrooms:
o Four bedrooms overlooking green spaces, accommodating up to 14 people.
o Two bedrooms have air conditioning.
o Two have private bathrooms; the other two share a bathroom.
o Two of them have hammocks, and the other two have a terrace.
o Premium beds, 100% cotton linens and comforters.
o All rooms are equipped with fans.
o Two rooms have a desk ideal for remote work.
o Co-sleeping available for infants under 6 months
2. Integrated pool with Jacuzzi:
o Spacious heated pool (up to 38 °C) using salt technology instead of chlorine, ensuring greater relaxation, superior hygiene, and care for your health. It features three distinct areas to enjoy:
Jacuzzi area with six hydromassage jets for total relaxation.
“Patera” for children, ideal for little ones to have fun.
Deep area equipped with a powerful swan jet for full-body hydromassage.
3. Movie Room:
o Cozy room with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for enjoying your favorite movies with family or friends.
o 70-inch screen and surround sound system, with access to Netflix and Direct TV.
o Board games such as Jenga, Monopoly, cards, and more.
4. Terrace with Grill and Wood-Fired Pizza Oven:
o Spacious terrace with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying a family lunch surrounded by fruit trees.
o Clay wood-fired oven perfect for cooking pizzas, bread, wood-fired suckling pig, or your favorite dish. Firewood included.
o Open fire pit and wok, perfect for lomo saltado.
o Sun and shade area in the style of an Argentine “quincho,” inviting you to relax and share moments.
5. Kitchen:
o High-quality drinking water, provided by a reverse osmosis system with 10 filters, producing alkaline water to support your well-being.
o Fully equipped: Stove, range hood, oven, and microwave.
o Fan and fly swatter.
o Espresso machine (20 bars) with a milk frother and coffee grinder.
o Large dining table.
6. Electronics
o Starlink satellite internet, ensuring a fast and stable connection.
o Two JBL 5 Charge speakers that can be connected together.
o A generator to ensure your rest isn’t interrupted, especially during periods of high energy demand.

o 5 tennis rackets with balls (tennis court and fronton)
o 3 sets of flippers and snorkeling masks.

The OASIS CONDOMINIUM
The condominium is located in the second row; has 180 lots, and to date, 20 homes have been built, with 6 under construction, making it very peaceful
The condominium features tennis courts, a fronton court, a playground, and green spaces, all of which can be used at no additional cost.
THE OASIS CLUB
The club is located in the first row facing the ocean, 1.4 kilometers from the house, a 26-minute walk.
Please note that some photos are of the Oasis Club.
The club features a swimming pool, lounge chairs, changing rooms, a gym, a playground, board games, paddle tennis courts, and a lounge with a fireplace overlooking the bay at sunset, among other amenities. The price is 30 soles per person.
Other highlights
For an additional fee, you can hire someone to cook your favorite meals, do the grocery shopping, and clean the house, so you can fully relax during your vacation.
The owner of the house has a boat that can be rented for sightseeing, snorkeling in the bay to look for fan shells, visiting El Candelabro, or going to Intimar for lunch.
