The space:
The house is accessed through a private entrance, with a hallway where you can store bicycles or any other two-wheeled vehicle; on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm), another with two single beds (90 cm), an office with a desk, chair, and closet; two bathrooms with bathtubs; a spacious and bright living-dining room; and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and closets, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a terrace. Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with heat pumps.
