Our charming community is situated in Southern Arlington, Texas, We are near some of the area's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. An unbelievable combination of quality and location makes our community a great place to call home Enjoy only the best community amenities at Pioneer Creek Townhomes. Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. **Pet Policy**
* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit
**Community Guidelines**
* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
