In the spring of 2024, the rebuilt “Alte Bräuhaus” opened its doors as a hotel and restaurant. Look forward to 32 modern rooms in two buildings. A home-style restaurant with a terrace treats guests to culinary delights. Three event rooms for conference guests and celebrations, as well as a vaulted cellar, are available for special occasions. Our hotel in Gaildorf is located just about 20 minutes from Schwäbisch Hall.
With the reconstruction of the “Altes Bräuhaus,” we aim to revitalize the tavern town of Gaildorf. Located directly on the Kocher-Jagst Bike Trail, in the Schwäbischer Wald—a region perfect for hiking—this cozy restaurant, with a total of 50 seats and a terrace in the summer, offers a place to relax and enjoy yourself.
The floors above the restaurant feature single and double rooms, and there is also a family room in the attic. An underground tunnel connects the restaurant building to the second building, allowing overnight guests to reach their rooms with ease. For guests arriving by car, an underground parking garage with 24 spaces is available.
