Community Roadwork Notice: The Sea Pines community has advised that road improvements will be taking place along Lighthouse Lane and the surrounding area from September 2026 through spring 2027. The villa building is set back from the roadway, so I do not anticipate noise inside the villa, and the work will not affect the marina view or access to Harbour Town’s shops, restaurants, and activities. However, guests may encounter temporary traffic changes or minor detours when driving to the villa or walking to the community pool. I am sharing this in advance so guests are fully informed when booking.
Please note this is a studio-style condo with an open layout, ideal for couples or solo travelers. This is a penthouse condo on the 4th floor with elevator access.
Sea Pines is a gated community. Gate access details will be provided prior to arrival, and a pass will be required for entry during your stay.

Tierra is a terrific host. The property was clean and very will supplied. She even had snacks and sodas available. Communications were excellent!Property is on the harbor in the heart of Harbour Town. Easy walk to ships, restaurants and entertainment.
