A continuous ribbon of water follows the home around every corner, so every suite opens right onto it. Roughly 780 m² (about 8,400 sq ft) of completely step-free space makes mornings effortless for grandparents, kids, and friends alike.
The Space:
A spacious open-plan living room, dining tables for the whole group, and a covered deck that flows straight to the water, made for long lunches and unhurried evenings. A hot and cold beverage station greets you at the door.
Seven suites, all with private bathrooms
Each has a reading nook that converts into a child’s bed.
2 primary suites with king beds and blackout curtains.
5 junior suites with private pool access.
Every room includes its own A/C, a 50" Smart TV, a closet, and an outdoor lounge at the water’s edge, framed by greenery and the natural cliffside reserve behind the property.

The property is surrounded by tropical vegetation, which is part of its setting and privacy. During the rainy season, it is common to see more insects native to the area. They are harmless and do not pose a risk.
