About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 150 m² house with mountain views in La Bresse, which sleeps up to 10 people, to rent.
It comprises a 50 m² living room with a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,200 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises on the ground floor:
- A garage with space for a car and bicycles
- A covered terrace.
- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 (dorm-style) with a pull-out bed (two single beds pushed together (80x190)) and a bunk bed (sleeps two).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
On the first floor you will find:
- A 50 m² living area with TV, a sitting area and a dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 3 with a king-size bed (180x200) and its own dressing room
- A bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bath
- A separate toilet
- A south-facing balcony with views over the valley
On the second floor, the accommodation comprises:
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 4 with a king-size bed (180x200)
For even greater comfort, the owners offer travellers the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron...
Outside :
- A large, south-facing, unenclosed garden of 2,200 m² with a terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
It should be noted that part of the garden is on a slope with a small stream running through it.
The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and in the house's private car park.
The driveway is steep in winter, so snow tyres are essential.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- By train :
The nearest stations are Remiremont (via Nancy/Thaon) or Épinal (via Strasbourg/Nancy/Paris), often with connections.
- By bus from the station:
Réseau Fluo Grand Est: Once in Remiremont or Épinal, you'll need to take buses from the regional Fluo network. Look for the routes serving La Bresse (e.g. routes 130/300).
- Seasonal shuttles: In winter (skiing) and summer (hiking), special shuttles (such as the "Liaison Vosges" shuttle) can be organised to link the stations to the resorts (La Bresse-Hohneck, Gérardmer, etc.).
Activities :
- In summer: An infinite number of walks (Lac du Corbeau, ballon des Vosges, etc.), Acrobranche, mine visits, mountain bike circuits, llama riding, rafting, rail sledging, sweetshop, trampoline centre, etc.
- In winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, Wiidoo Gliss
