According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house limit of 15 people after 11pm all visitors must vacate the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside, and must collect cigarette butts in the provided tray or dispose of them in the trash. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, street, or neighbor’s property.
Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am
Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.
Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins
Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.
