Updated villa with panoramic lakefront views and features including a private grill, 4 total beds, and mere steps to all the amenities of the Island on Lake Travis. Villa 2103 is centrally located on the Island property with a perfect location for enjoying the Island amenities and the spectacular views. The villa has been remodeled with granite counter tops, wood floors, new furnishings, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.
The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from Island Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
Other Amenities Include;
* Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.
* Private Marina & Boat Slips available for our guests.
* Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp.
* 2 Outdoor Pools and 1 Indoor Pool. All with Hot Tubs.
* A Fitness Center, Day Spa, Sauna, & Tennis Courts.
* Fishing Pier.
* A Restaurant & Bar with Billiards.

Stunning property! Cute, clean villa with breathtaking views of Lake Travis. Most surprising & favorite part for my kids was how friendly the deer were. Had a blast feeding them.

Wanted a quick getaway with the family before school started. This place was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. The grounds were clean and the pool was relaxing. My kids loved looking at the deer and a resident there gave my kids some feed for them, that was the highlight of their trip. Definitely coming back!

Positives: This unit has been remodeled as photos show. Location was convenient. Outstanding view. Nice spa area and indoor pool. Negatives are associated with Island complex not the unit. Horrid smell coming from the lake waterfalls. Not sure but our best guess. This rendered the balcony virtually unusable. It was extremely hot out there until the sun was down and when you could sit out it stunk. So that was disappointing. The Island absolutely needs to address this! The pool needed a complete redo. Not enough pool furniture. We actually were thinking about buying a unit. We nixed that idea due to the smell and the pool condition. The island is old so prices of units reflect it. We enjoyed ourselves but unfortunately we won't be repeat customers.
