In a quiet location in Andechs-Erling, just a few minutes’ walk from the monastery: This duplex invites you to unwind—for hikes, bike rides, and trips to Lake Ammersee.
The open-concept attic studio with oak flooring and the sunny terrace—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or quiet evenings—are the heart of this apartment.

The Accommodation
A house with character from the 1950s—compact, cozy, and spread over two levels, all for you. The apartment has one bedroom with a 1.20m bed and an open-concept attic studio with a 1.60m bed! There’s also a sleeper sofa in the attic studio, but it’s only for kids!
Due to its open-concept layout, the vacation rental is not suitable for toddlers.

→ Bedroom 2/Office: Box-spring bed (1.20 m) and desk
→ Bathroom: Small bathroom with shower/tub
→ Terrace: Sunny and quiet—perfect for breakfast or relaxing evenings outdoors
The apartment is perfect for 3 guests with one double bed and one single bed. However, we can also accommodate one child on the sofa bed.

You’ll have both levels entirely to yourselves—no shared spaces with other guests.

→ Parking: Free parking available right next to the house

→ Note: There is a small office/commercial unit in the basement—completely separate, with no interaction in daily life
