You will have private access to the entire cottage, including the garden and backyard. Other features include:
✔ Keyless self check-in for easy arrival.
✔ Two designated parking spots.
✔ Secure community access with a gate remote or front door code.
✔ Stunning private patio
✔ Full kitchen
The location is hard to beat. You`re a few minutes from Silver Lake, Echo Park, Atwater Village, and Eagle Rock, some of LA`s best neighborhoods for food, coffee, and weekend wandering.
Dodger Stadium is right around the corner, and the 2 and 5 freeways give you quick access to DTLA, the Valley, and the coast.
Griffith Park is 8 minutes away. The Americana and Glendale Galleria are under 10.
Buses, Metro Micro, and the Glendale Metrolink are all close by if you`d rather leave the car at home.
Other things to note:
We do a quick weekly garden visit during the day to keep things looking nice. Happy to skip it if you`d prefer privacy.
The property has external security cameras overlooking the driveway and front-entrance.
No cameras or sound recording devices of any kind are present indoors.
