Welcome to “Kleine Auszeit,” the cozy vacation home nestled among the vineyards. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature, and a breathtaking view of the rolling hills of southeastern Styria—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The house features 4 lovingly furnished rooms that can accommodate up to 9 people, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a quiet courtyard, and a sunny garden—ideal for leisurely breakfasts, an afternoon surrounded by nature, or a glass of wine at sunset.
Perfect for groups of up to 9 people, families, or friends*. Bookings start at 2 nights; for groups of 6 or more, we’re happy to accommodate stays as short as 1 night.
Upon request, a stocked refrigerator (mixed or vegetarian) can be provided upon arrival for a small additional fee.

“Kleine Auszeit” Vacation Home:
The “Kleine Auszeit” vacation home is rented exclusively as a whole house and is the perfect retreat for relaxing days in the vineyard.
The first floor features a family room that sleeps up to three people (including a toddler crib), a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a separate restroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The upper floor features three double bedrooms—two of which have balconies—as well as another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On-site costs: Prices • Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included • Local tax up to 30.11.2026:: 2.50 € per person per night (payable in cash on site) • Local tax from 01.12.2026:: 2.80 € per person per night (to be paid in cash on site) • Final cleaning: one-time fee of 60 € Payment & Cancellation Terms • Deposit: 20% of the total amount within 7 days of booking confirmation via bank transfer • Balance: to be paid no later than before arrival via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival (by arrangement) • Cancellation up to 4 days before arrival: free of charge; thereafter: 20% of the total cost of the stay • In case of no-show or late arrival: 90% of the canceled nights Other Information • Children are welcome; toddlers up to 3 years old: free of charge • Crib and high chair available upon request (please specify when booking) • Minimum stay of 2 nights; for groups of 6 or more, stays of 1 night or more are also possible • Pets are not allowed • Smoking is not permitted indoors; smoking is allowed outdoors (patio, balcony, garden)
