• Private Lanai: Dine with tropical breezes, or just sip on your favorite drink while soaking in the views.

• One of the guests must be 21 years of age. You will be required to present a photo ID and a credit card at check-in. The check-in agent will charge a refundable damage deposit of $ 250 to your credit card for incidental charges.
• The guest who books the stay must be physically present at the time of check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
• The apartment is in a timeshare property, and the pictures are from a typical unit. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in.
• Pets not allowed.
• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
• No elevators to second-floor suites
• Grocery store less than 2 miles from resort; about 4 miles to closest beach
• Vehicle is suggested, as there aren't many sidewalks/walking paths to town
