The lot measures 1,600 square meters, and the main house is 500 square meters. The main house, where all the bedrooms are located, has two stories.
Inside the house, you’ll find the main kitchen, two dining areas, an area for hammocks, a living room with a TV, 5 bedrooms, a living room on the second floor, and a terrace.
The house has 4 bathrooms, two on the first floor and two on the second.
Additionally, the house has a sunroom on the first floor, which is one of the best areas of the house. There you’ll find a large square table that seats 14 people and a living area where you can enjoy a pleasant time.
The house features a large pool that includes a jacuzzi and a shallow area for young children. The pool has a massage area thanks to a built-in water system.
