Nestled in the picturesque Chugach mountains yet conveniently located just 15 minutes to the airport/downtown (7 minutes to excellent restaurants and shops), this serene Hillside property in South Anchorage offers the best of both worlds.
Surrounded by million-dollar homes, this quaint 2-story, single-family hidden gem sits on over 1/2 private, wooded acre near hiking and ski trails in one of Anchorage's nicest, safest, most affluent, established neighborhoods.
From sunrise to sunset, you'll marvel at the expansive, spectacular views of the inlet, Sleeping Lady (and sometimes Denali), and city lights while enjoying your morning coffee or nightcap. Photos don't do it justice!
