The vacation home now offers a small, cozy, newly renovated apartment in the basement for up to 2 people, featuring a very beautiful covered terrace.

The entryway provides ample space for a coat rack. The kitchen, equipped with a stove, a 2-burner cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a seating area, invites you to relax. The living room, featuring a high-quality sofa bed for 2 people (complete with a slatted frame and 2 firm mattresses), a wardrobe, a TV, and Wi-Fi, leaves nothing to be desired. The newly built bathroom is bright and inviting and features, among other things, a shower.
Enjoying a cozy meal or simply relaxing on the covered terrace is one of the apartment’s highlights.
Next to the vacation home (beside the garage), a small footpath leads directly to the Bergwiesen Nature Trail, a 5-kilometer-long themed circular hiking trail with scenic views that is suitable for ski touring in winter. The Brocken (accessible via a narrow-gauge railway), a toboggan hill with a ski lift, and numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski trails await you. Parking is available right next to the house. Allergy sufferers will feel right at home in our smoke-free house. Pets are not allowed! Shopping options (MP-Markt and Netto, bakery), restaurants, physical therapists, and a general practitioner.
