Located just minutes from Oklahoma State University, Boone Pickens Stadium, and the Payne County Expo Center (home of the Payne County Fairgrounds), this home offers the perfect balance of quiet countryside and convenient access to OSU game days, campus visits, graduations, livestock shows, rodeos, and local events.
The home features three comfortable beds, one king bed and two queen beds, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, a shower, and a hair dryer, giving every guest extra comfort and privacy during their stay. The house also includes heating and air conditioning to keep guests comfortable year-round.
The kitchen is stocked with a variety of drinks to help you start your stay. The coffee bar includes a selection of coffee pods, perfect for enjoying a relaxing morning before heading out to explore Stillwater or attend an OSU event.
The dining area features a fun retro 1950s table with an insert to expand the seating when needed. In the living area, guests can relax with a Roku TV, enjoy a large collection of games, or spread out a puzzle on the expandable coffee table designed for game nights and family time and go back in time with a working record player with records!
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The spacious patio offers plenty of seating to relax and unwind. Guests can enjoy a game of cornhole or tetherball in the yard, or simply take in the beautiful view of cattle grazing in the nearby pasture.
