Casa las Pareditas is a traditional country house built in the typical Canarian style. It has been restored and converted for use as a vacation home. Thanks to its prime location on a hillside at approximately 860 m above sea level, the house offers a spectacular panoramic view of the region and the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is situated on a 1,000 m² lot in El Pinar, a neighborhood of Tijarafe, and is perfect for a relaxing vacation for a couple or a family with one child. Since the access road to the house is somewhat steep, we recommend renting a car with sufficient power.



Casa las Pareditas:

Casa las Pareditas is a typical Canarian country house with beautiful natural stone walls and original tea wood ceilings. With 85 square meters of living space, the house can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.

You enter the house through the living area. This area is divided into a reading nook with a cozy recliner and a floor lamp, as well as a seating area consisting of a sofa and two additional armchairs arranged around a flat-screen TV. The living area serves as the hub connecting all other rooms. A small stereo system with Bluetooth, USB, a CD player, and a radio is also available.

A separate kitchen features a small dining table with 3 chairs and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is located right next to the living room and features a shower with a large showerhead, a toilet, and a bidet. The bathroom has a heated towel rack. The washing machine is located outside the house.

The two bedrooms are not acoustically separated from each other, as the beautiful wooden gabled roof is open between the two rooms and the wall does not extend all the way to the ceiling. To reach the bedroom with the two single beds, you must pass through the bedroom with the single bed; therefore, this accommodations are best suited for a family of three.

The living room and the small bedroom are equipped with a split-system unit (heating/air conditioning), so you won’t have to worry about getting cold even at this altitude in winter, and you’ll be able to better tolerate the heat in summer.

A garden has been landscaped around the house with small pebbles and paths; the rear area is left in its natural state. From the garden, you have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountain ridge. Two lounge chairs with cushions are available for sunbathing, as well as a table with four chairs. Behind the house is a covered barbecue area with an outdoor sink.



The highlight is the heated and coverable private pool, which measures 6x3,5 meters, perfect for swimming year-round.
