Peaceful 1-bedroom apartment in charming North Wales

Property was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Building front door lock took a little bit of work to open, but otherwise - stay was excellent. Host was very responsive to questions. Would stay again if in the area.

Although the exterior of the home and lawn could use some love, the apartment itself is very nice. Roomy space with good lighting, nice finishes/appliances and for me a great foam mattress on the King bed. A big concern was NO central A/C…only one small window unit in the front bedroom. I was able to manage with some help from weather but had I caught that fact in the listing, I probably would have skipped this space. Someone who likes things a bit warmer would probably have zero issue with this but I run hot so it was major for me. Never had any trouble with free street parking and North Wales has some charm as an older neighborhood.

Property was as advertised. The rooms were clean and neat. There were simple food choices within walking distance and more options within shopping areas by car. The location was convenient for my purposes (a 15-minute drive).

Super clean, cute, and quiet rental. The proximity to the train was a huge plus. Great value.
