Buffalo Niagara international airport about 3 minutes away and Niagara Falls 20 minutes away . All shopping mall and restaurants very close to the house and very safe neighborhood .very close to the park .property has swimming pools and hot tub and central air conditioners and big parking lots and backyard has lots of space and you guys can use.

A group of high school women met for a few days 47 years after graduation! The house was in a great location--close to the airport, stores and that fabulous Buffalo area food!
The house is two floors/separate apartments. There was a misunderstanding in that VRBO listed it as one rental. After several conversations with the very responsive host (Md), we were granted use of both apartments.
The house is very clean, but we suggest bringing your own flatware and glassware (there were two sets of flatware and 2 glasses per apartment for 5 of us). A trip to the dollar store and we had dishtowels, flatware and glassware.
Md is a new host and is trying to do his best, but the back yard and pool were unusable.
Even with the few "starting challenges", we were very happy with the space and especially the quiet location in a nice neighborhood. We will most likely return next year.
