This bright and spacious penthouse apartment is designed to make the most of its incredible outlook. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features large sliding doors that open onto the balcony, allowing you to enjoy sweeping lake and mountain views from both indoors and outside.
The comfortable living area provides the perfect place to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom enjoys beautiful views creating a peaceful space to wake up to the lake each morning. The additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for family or friends. Two modern bathrooms, including a walk-in shower, ensure convenience for larger groups.

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be made as 1 King Bed upon request)

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Optional Family-Friendly Extras:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guests have full private access to the entire penthouse apartment, including the living area, kitchen, balcony, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Getting Around:
Queenstown town centre is approximately 2.5 km away (about a 5–7 minute drive). The nearest bus stop is located along Frankton Road, providing easy access to Queenstown, Frankton, and the airport. Taxis, rideshare and uber services are also widely available.
