The accommodations are located in the heart of the Founty district and Agadir Bay. This very dynamic district has shops, restaurants, cafes, bank etc... The beach is less than 15m away on foot as is the El Had souk. Taxi and Bus pass in the main avenue next door.
You will find a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a large living-dining room and a magnificent terrace. The apartment is on the first floor and the residence has elevator and access for people with reduced mobility.

A sofa bed is available for 5th and 6th travelers.
Wifi internet access by fiber optic and IPTV. Central air conditioning and heating.
