BEACHFRONT HOME WITH PRIVATE CASITA IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Casa Evita is a true beachfront home in Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. Offering a flexible layout that can be rented as a three- or four-bedroom home, Casa Evita is ideal for families and small groups, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
BEDROOMS – The oceanfront primary bedroom, located on the west side, features a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with private exterior access from the carport. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, plus handicap-ready access with grab bars and step-free entry. A detached fourth bedroom at the back of the property includes two twin beds, a full-size sofa bed, a private bathroom, and its own kitchenette — perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.
LIVING & KITCHEN – The main living area offers comfortable seating, natural light, a Smart TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and coffee maker, along with a purified water dispenser and two five-gallon water jugs included.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Relax on the covered patio or open landscaped grounds featuring a firepit and gazebo set on the dunes. Head up to the upper deck for breathtaking ocean views, ideal for sunset relaxation, or rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
