The receptionists were super helpful. Towels and kettle were provided. Tea bags/ coffee and cake were available at the reception too. Super value for money given the price and comfort and cleanliness. Ahead of arrival, requested to be away from the train noise as I had to keep the windows open to ventilate the room. It is a 10 min walk from the train station, which is just a 4 min ride to Glowny station (train frequency is every 30 mins).
Was at level 1 so had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. but not an issue since i am only staying a few days. There was also no wifi. There was no AC and also they could not provide a fan - which i understand given the price.

It is the second time I have stayed here - the main reason for the stay is, its very close to a surgery I go to. So, airport to nearby train station and a 5 min walk - simple. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE IF CENTRAL KRAKÓW IS YOUR PLANS - it will be @ a cab ride @30/40pln - or a train ride 20pln each way into the old town. The location is super clean - but, if you are looking for comfort - look elsewhere. The room is VERY basic. Its more like a nun's cell! One pillow - a mattress the thickness of a yoga mat - no aircon (summer would be dreadful, I think) - no TV - - poor wifi. But, if you are looking for a VERY basic room with your own toilet and shower to get your head down for a few hours between flights - you could probably do worse.
