Good location, price was right and there was parking!!!
No air conditioner, but it’s common in that region of the country. Nobody has air conditioning.

Walk to the beach and friendly message exchanges with the host.
Incorrect property description on booking.com. The apartment was listed as having 2 bathrooms, but it only had 1. But the host was super friendly and accommodated us in another room, plus a bath at a nearby hotel. A little inconvenient, but it worked well for us. Having just 1 bath for 6 people is going to be tough for us. I was also told that the correct description on the booking site should have been 1.5 baths, which is still incorrect, since the downstairs unit we were allotted had only 1 bath.
