Palazzo Sant'Elena

This was so much more than just a stay. The host, Luigi/Cole, turned a birthday celebration into an unforgettable experience for my wife. Once the property was booked, I contacted Luigi to arrange decor for the room, for the occasion. He immediately replied and reached out to his contacts and went out himself to ensure he got all the materials I wanted. Prior to the stay, he also asked what breakfast we would like, when we would want it to be served, and every other detail in between. Every interaction from start to finish made the experience feel incredibly special as if we’ve known each other for years! Upon arrival, all the details were provided to enter the property without any hassle. When my wife and I entered the room, we both were taken aback by the amazing efforts and meticulous attention to detail. Birthday decorations aside, the room was so clean. I’ve never stepped into such a beautifully crafted, thoughtful, and clean room, despite having stayed in several expensive five star hotels. The limoncello suite truly blew me away. The air-con was so powerful, keeping us cool at night and day, the bathroom was stocked with the necessary items and I was confident if I required anything more, I could contact the host and receive whatever I needed. The fridge came stocked with nice drinks and there was a coffee machine available. Of course, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was perfectly clean. It was almost enough to keep us in bed all day if it wasn’t for the beauty of Capri that encouraged us to go out! I can’t forget to mention the terrace and the view at sunset absolutely stunned me. Breakfast on the terrace was a special experience each day. When we realised that we had left our belongings in a taxi, Luigi immediately replied to our concerns and made a conscious effort at 1am to ensure we got our items back. Evidently, nothing is too big of an ask. Even Julio’s parents were so sweet and generous in all their efforts.

Alloggio nuovo e ben tenuto, pulizia impeccabile e tutti i confort necessari al soggiorno. Host sempre a disposizione cordiale e con consigli che sono molto utili

Qualche appendino in più per gli asciugamani del bagno, un kit telo mare e un lettino da campeggio per il bambino sarebbero stati un plus. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo scarico della doccia ma è stato risolto in poco tempo dai proprietari della struttura.
