הדירה גדולה, מרווחת ונעימה. יש חפצים של בעל הדירה כמו בגדים בארון ואוכל במקרר, אבל הם בצד ולא מפריעים. עקב אילוץ של הרגע האחרון ביקשנו להגיע עם תינוקת, ולמרות שמדיניות המקום היא אירוח ללא ילדים, עמית הסכים. באופן כללי התקשורת איתו היתה טובה. בסך הכל מאוד נהננו ונשמח לחזור.
לחץ המים במקלחת היה בינוני-חלש. מבחינת המזגן - היחידה המרכזית מופנית לחלל הסלון ויש פתח נוסף בחדר השינה. היינו בסוף מאי והמיזוג הספיק בדיוק, אבל בחודשי הקיץ כנראה שיהיה חם גם עם המזגן. מעבר לכך היו כמה דברים קטנים שניתן לשפר כמו שטיחון ביציאה מהמקלחת, ומגבות גדולות יותר, אבל זה לא הפריע לחווייה הכללית.
