Avli Residences

We stayed in the villa at avli residence & it was exceptional, Mr Harris was such a delight & was there whenever we needed him. The properties are of high standards. There is a large BBQ area with everything you need and a large outdoor gym which our teen used often. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Very peaceful location yet just a short drive into Kos town. The properties are surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees which are beautiful. We loved this place so much. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend alvi residences 👌 Thank you for such a wonderful stay Mr Harris 🤗

That we couldn't stay longer

Locatie.

The residence is a bit off the town proper and so, it was very quiet and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and very modern with all possible amenities for a nice stay. The host was punctual, accurate in his statements and professional. The back yard features lemon trees and the area is being roamed by cure cats and lovely hens with young chicks give the entire residential area a unique country-like atmosphere. The roosters provided wake up calls in the morning so no need for alarms and smartphones. All in all a lovely stay.

Reaching the place requires a bit of attention to the e-maps as the residences are in the outskirts of Kos town. Nevertheless, the whole package does compensate a great deal if you want to also avoid the noise and traffic of Kos.
