The holiday home is located within the Valleverde residential complex, overlooking Lake Turano. In the months of July and August in the district a bar is opened with a food shop. The apartment is on the third floor. There is no lift. The area is surrounded by nature, surrounded by woods bordering the nature reserve of Mount Navegna and Mount Cervia. Many restaurants offer local dishes based on lake fish, game, mushrooms and truffles of which the area is rich. Lake Turano is famous for fishing. There are perches, whitefish, pike, bream and carp. The lake is 600 meters above sea level. Grocery and butcher shops are in Colle di Tora and Rocca Sinibalda which are 5 km away. Supermarkets and shopping centers are located in Rieti (25 km). In July and August, a bar and a food shop are open inside Valleverde. In the area there are many places to visit. Here passes the ancient Via Francigena and the path of San Francesco and the path of San Benedetto are still current. The Sanctuary of Santa Vittoria in Monteleone is worth a visit, as are the Valle Santa and the Franciscan Sanctuaries.
