Én Retreat Hoi An Your Peaceful Escape

I initially booked only one night, but ended up staying three more because I really enjoyed the hotel. My first room with the four-poster bed was absolutely beautiful. I would have loved to stay there longer, but unfortunately I booked the extra nights too late and moved to a twin room. The twin room was also good, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for the price. The rooms have a lovely style and real potential to feel like a high-quality boutique hotel. There are only a few small things that could be improved with little effort. In the twin room, some picture hooks were still on the wall, but the pictures were missing, leaving visible white spots. Also, the old TV mount was still on the wall, although the TV had apparently been replaced. Small details like this would make the room feel much more polished. The room was generally very cleanl. Only the shower glass could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, as there were some water stains. The pool water looked a little cloudy, so maybe the water quality could be checked more regularly. However, I also noticed that some guests do not treat the facilities very respectfully, so I understand that this is not always easy for the hotel. One small suggestion would be to provide a simple welcome card with nearby recommendations, such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, or useful places in the area. This would make guests feel even more welcome, especially when they arrive for the first time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Traveling solo, I found this place to be a hidden gem. The greenery, the quiet rice field surroundings, and that beautiful pool made every moment relaxing. My room had a balcony where I could sunbathe. It’s become my go-to place every year.
