Spacious & Stylish 2 BED FLAT near Old Street Station

Very quiet and easily accessible location, lovely clean flat with all the necessary amenities.

Unable to operate television to receive local broadcasts

Lovely big flat. Very well kept, and clean. Full kitchen appliances, all worked well. Lovely warm shower. Fans were a big bonus in the heatwave. Tea and coffee were in the cupboard, coffee machine was a nice touch. Beds were super comfy. We were 4 adults, and had plenty of room. Location is excellent. Very close to Shoreditch, and a 25 minute walk to Liverpool Street station, and Brick Lane. Cute cafes, and bars nearby. Also, a really nice walk along Regent Canal either taking you to Camden or Victoria Park. We took the Victoria park walk, took 25 minutes. I was impressed with the park.

Initially the outside of the building looks a bit run down, but it was perfectly fine.

The flat was well located within easy reach of the tube, and a friendly pub on the corner of the road. The flat was clean and the beds were clean and comfortable.

The building itself was not in a great state and we would not like to have arrived after dark. A lot of flats had bags of abandoned things outside the front door. It felt like nobody else lived there. There were no smoke alarms fitted which worried us a bit (all had been removed). There were no complete sets of cutlery or glasses (e.g. only 3 dessert spoons and one wine glass). The toilet door did not shut properly. Lots of construction and tree surgery noise very early in the morning (the latter on Sunday!). Not the fault of the hosts of course.
