Villa Laurante

We had the pleasure of being, as we were told, the very first guests in this brand-new villa. What a fantastic experience! Although we had planned to explore the surrounding area and the riviera during our stay, the villa spoiled us so much that we ended up spending all 7 days simply enjoying it, with only occasional trips to the nearby restaurants. There are several within just a few minutes’ walk, and they are all very good. The villa offers an incredible sense of peace and privacy. It sits right on the edge of a pine forest and an old village with traditional stone houses, with only a few other villas with pools nearby. But the absolute highlight is the view, stretching from the top of the mountain all the way down to the sea and the islands. It feels like a stage in front of you, changing from morning until evening. The sunsets are simply breathtaking. The villa has been built to a very high standard, with a luxurious feel throughout. Every detail has been carefully thought throughm from the heated seawater pool with counter-current swimming, EV charging to the huge shaded basement area with a wellness zone and games room. In the evenings, our favourite spot was the firepit, where we enjoyed a glass of wine under the stars. The temperature at night is also so pleasant that you can sleep comfortably without air conditioning, with the balcony doors open. An absolute recommendation!
