Room was fine.

Curb appeal was awful. No pool access. Milk at breakfast was lumpy. I made them aware. Elevator was hit or miss.

Nice, spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

Air wasn’t working properly.

I understand that it was a very busy weekend with multiple events taking place, and many families traveled to celebrate relatives graduating. However, the room prices were extremely high, and for that cost, I expected a much smoother and more comfortable experience. After a long day of traveling, I should not have to wait nearly 10 minutes just to get on an elevator to reach my room. Even more concerning, the only elevator that was consistently available had doors that would close on guests without retracting properly when someone was entering. This is a serious safety issue, and someone could easily get hurt. At one point, I had to assist an elderly woman because the elevator doors closed on her, and I had to quickly press the button to reopen them. I truly love the facility, but considering the amount guests were charged and the large number of people staying there that weekend, at least two elevators should have been fully operational and accessible.
