Very good hotel

Brand new hotel with attractive, well-specified rooms

Perhaps because it is so new google maps was unable to locate it properly, but had difficulty locating hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly.

Didn’t realise you have to pay £10 a day each if you wish to use the swimming pool, that’s not advertised. Also, there is no bar, you have to order a drink if you wish one from the staff in the restaurant, and it takes a while as then they have to walk to reception to give you change or to get card machine. I’m just hoping that this will help hotel to address these issues, it’s a new hotel, so just needs a bit of tweaking.

Dinner was rather good, but nothing special. Breakfast choices are quite limited, so I settled on the omlette with spinach (which was decent) for all 4 days lacking other healthy protein options.

Biggest issue is soundproofing - don't go here if you are a light sleeper. Toilets flush like as if you are launching a rocket, I woke up every time my neighbour launched his rocket at night! My son hardly noticed though, but he is a log sleeper. The receptionist was very cooperative though, he could not move us to another room, since we had split beds and those are rare, but he kindly agreed to keep neighbors far from our apartment, which really helped to reduce the noise down!
