Cozy & Modern Room at Hotel MetraSquare, Ayer Keroh Melaka

I booked for a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony as we are in a group of 3 adults. upon checked-in(though fast by a coding number provided thru booking.com for a room key next to main door entrance), we found that a 2nd room was occupied by another guest which is with a balcony(from another door). few minutes later, the guest from that room knocked at our main door telling us that he left his key in his room(with a glass sliding door facing the balcony) and wanted to enter to his room from our room! he then pass thru our room to his unit thru our internal door to his room. there's only 2 bed in the room and a 3rd person in my group have to sleep at the floor with a thin folded mattress provided. there's an electric kettle provided but no tea or coffee and sugar provided.
