Easy access for everything we needed to do around London Koko club and tube station just around the corner

The flat was great and provided everything we needed

Fantastic regency period building in a great location within short walking distance to Euston. Plenty of local shops & nice cafes and quiet to walk outside rush hour. Bright apartment with sash windows giving dual aspect views. Facilities as described & shown in photos. Plenty of hot water & a good shower.

Overall a poor design & split of flat’s space, especially affecting the bedroom & bathroom. The flat superficially attractive and done up but fundamentally in need of thorough maintenance & update. Specifically, the shower door very hard to close once you’re in it. Basin & taps awkward to use, so water pooling around them on a wooden surface. Insufficient storage, so spare bedding left out in lounge. Bedroom very narrow so double bed only accessible on one side. Occasional loud noises due to thin walls separating flats and age of original period windows (single glazed and rattling in window frames). Constant noise of running water from dingy water feature in back yard.

Lovely unique apartment! Well equip and clean. Great location.

There were 3 of us staying, only one of the 3 pillows had a pillow case on :( we have come home with bites from the beds. Both bedroom bed and sofa bed could quite possibly have bed bugs including duvets!
