La casa è arredata completamente a nuovo e dispone di tutte le dotazioni necessarie per un soggiorno comodo: piano cottura, lavasciuga con i prodotti per il bucato, lavastoviglie. La posizione è particolarmente vantaggiosa, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana, il che rende rapidi e agevoli gli spostamenti verso il centro e le principali zone della città.
Durante la stagione estiva si soffre il caldo a causa dell'assenza di un condizionatore, aggravata dal fatto che l'appartamento affaccia su una via principale piuttosto trafficata e rumorosa nelle ore notturne. Abbiamo inoltre riscontrato che alcuni asciugamani e lenzuola presentavano delle macchie. La struttura della doccia non tratteneva adeguatamente l'acqua, che tendeva a fuoriuscire provocando l'allagamento del piatto doccia e della zona circostante. Infine, avremmo apprezzato la presenza di alcune grucce all'interno dell'armadio.
