Pudimos entrar en las habitaciones antes de la hora oficial de check-in
Cuando pedí la factura, la recepcionista me dijo que yo la tenía que pedir a Booking.com porque ellos le pagaban al establecimiento. Pero otros alojamientos reservados a través de Booking.com me las dieron directamente y por qué este hotel no me la puede dar?

La ubicación
Que tienes que subir las escaleras de 2 pisos después de tantos kms.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba ( daba igual porque hacía frío) pero la calefacción no la ponían, aunque hacía frío y la ducha se hacía "cuesta arriba"
