Apartment was fine, it suited all our needs. It's walking distance to beach, city center is a little further, but still it's a nice walk through quiet streets. Grenaa bakery is really close, so 5 minutes walk for fresh bread and cookies can be a nice morning routine. Apartment is in an older house, nicely renovated, spacious, quiet, relatively well equipped (we are used to slightly more kitchen utensils, but we've been able to cook every day, so - there is everything you would need). Bed high was a little unexpected, but comfy - we slept very well.
Absolutely no problem with car parking.
Host was very kind.
