Skovhus 2-room Basement Apartment

Extremely well equipped, pretty much has everything you could need to the point of looking cluttered. Location is a very quiet area, fine for getting into town centre providing you have transport.

Host did not appear to be expecting us as washing machine was running and another washing load was draped all over the furniture drying. Bed was not made. Despite seeing us leave for dinner host did not rectify. Needs some DIY attention to bring it up to standard, particularly tidying up the plumbing and electrics. Freezer and extractor fan are too noisy to sleep with (but can both be turned off and the freezer is very efficient, froze our ice packs while we were out to eat). As seems common in Denmark, this property comes up on Booking search as having parking but actually does not, you have to park out on the street.

Der var køligt på en varm aften/nat

Der manglede lidt “hygge”, fx sengelamper, der var kun koldt lys i loftet
