Staff is good and service is good helpful , food was coming on time, location is in dharampur not the one in booking.com

Room whaat was booked and whaat we got was not same, tv not working , but they adjusted that on the price. And we stayed for one night so it's was ok.

To be very honest, the only things I genuinely liked were the pine forest surroundings, the peaceful silence in and around the hotel, and the complimentary early check-in they arranged. That said, the hotel was mostly empty at the time, so accommodating the early check-in wasn't particularly difficult.

Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. Throughout my entire stay, no one came for housekeeping—not even to clean the room, change the bedsheets, or check if anything was needed. The bedsheet provided at check-in did not appear to be clean and looked as if it had already been used. The road from the hotel to the main road is completely dark in the evening, making it feel unsafe if you want to step out for a coffee or a quick meal. While the food itself tasted good, the cutlery provided was not properly clean. Room service was also slow. Even after placing an order and waiting for a considerable amount of time, I had to call again to check on its status, only to receive vague responses instead of any clear update. Overall, the property has a beautiful location and a peaceful atmosphere, but it lacks proper housekeeping, maintenance, and service standards. With better upkeep and attention to guest experience, it could be a much better place to stay.
