It has a beautiful exterior but the interior was even better. It’s very well maintained, and it shows that the owner really cares about his property.
The other guests who stay there are extremely friendly.
The cleaning staff were kind and courteous.
The owner was extremely friendly.
There was an issue that came up and with the room and he was right on top of it. I had to be moved to his New Haven location.
Even though I had a million questions he took his time and answered every question I had.
I know how big of a job it would be, but the only thing I would do differently is upgrade the windows to make the room a little quieter.
I also understand that it’s in the city so there’s going to be city noise. However with the bed being so comfortable I still slept like a rock.
